Who these terms are with

calmthesis.online is published by HH PROSERVIS s.r.o., Vosmíkových 930/12, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company registration 24412333, VAT number CZ24412333. Reading the site means these terms apply between you and that company. If you do not accept them, the remedy is simply not to use the site.

What the site is

The site contains a five-step reading course about starting an online PC game, together with checklists, an about page, a contact page and these legal pages. It is general information for a general audience. It is not professional advice of any kind, not security advice for your particular computer, not legal or financial advice, and not accredited training. Nothing here is a qualification, nothing is assessed, and completing the checklists confers no status on anybody.

There is nothing to buy on this site, nothing to sign up for and no account to hold, so no contract for the supply of anything is formed by reading it.

Product details change

Where the course refers to a product, it describes only what the vendor or the affiliate network that operates the link has published. Prices, system requirements, features, availability, classifications and terms of service all change, often without notice, and a page written on one date cannot stay current with them. Before you act on anything, check the vendor's own website, which is the authoritative source for its own product. The same applies to the Australian government sites the course links to: their guidance is theirs, it is current where it sits, and this site does not restate it as its own.

Third-party websites

Links leave this site and reach websites operated by other people. HH PROSERVIS s.r.o. does not control them, does not monitor their content, and is not responsible for what they contain or do. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement, and a linked organisation is not a partner of this site. The text, layout and code of the site remain the property of HH PROSERVIS s.r.o.

The site is made available as it is. No promise is made that it will be reachable at all times, free of error, or kept at any particular length. Pages may be revised, replaced or withdrawn, and the course may be rewritten as practice changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where HH PROSERVIS s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace any protection you have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law and any mandatory consumer rights available to readers in Australia.
