There is one way to reach the publisher, and it is an email address. This site has no contact form, no chat window and no phone line, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you typed, and this site stores nothing.
Write to info@calmthesis.online. Messages are read by people working for the publisher and are usually answered within a few working days. If your message is a privacy request, put the words “Privacy request” in the subject line so that it is handled under the process set out in the privacy policy; those are answered within 30 days.
Please include only what is needed to answer you. The publisher does not need your date of birth, your address, your account details for any game, or any identity document, and will not ask for them.

Post is a slower route than email and is not monitored daily, but it reaches the same people.
What the publisher can help with
- Corrections. If a step contains something wrong, out of date, or unclear, say which page and which sentence and it will be checked.
- Broken links. The course links to Australian public bodies and to one vendor; if a link no longer reaches what it says it reaches, that is worth reporting.
- Questions about the course's funding. The affiliate disclosure answers most of them, but anything it leaves open can be asked.
- Privacy requests, including access to and correction of any personal information held, and complaints about how a message was handled.
- Accessibility problems. If a page is hard to read, hard to operate with a keyboard, or prints badly, that is a fault worth fixing.
What the publisher cannot help with
Calm Thesis is not connected to any game company and cannot act for one. Account problems, suspensions, refunds, purchases that did not arrive, technical faults and anything to do with a specific game must go to that game's own support channel, which is the only party able to look at the account. A message about one of those sent here will be answered with that same sentence, and nothing about it will be kept once the reply is sent.
The publisher also cannot give legal, financial, medical or security advice, and cannot recommend a product for your circumstances. The course is general reading, and that is its limit.
What happens to your message
An email to the address above is received by the publisher's email service provider and read by people working for HH PROSERVIS s.r.o. It is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim, and anything you send that is not needed to reply is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. The privacy policy sets out the whole arrangement, including how to ask for a copy of what is held and how to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with the answer.
